Lots of ups and downs in my life during those years, but I'm on a pretty good run now.
Moved out to the boonies 2 years ago, got a place with a big garage, and last year I got a bar and some bumper plates to go in it.
Been training pretty consistently for the last month or 2. I do a little something every morning and afternoon, with 3 afternoons per week looking like an actual training session. I'm doing the RKC Rite of Passage kettlebell clean and press ladders, I've maxed out with the 16 and 20 kg kettlebells. Started using the 24 this week. Combining that with a Texas Method (Volume, Recovery, Intensity) kind of scheme for Snatch, Clean and Jerk and assistance work.
Wednesday
Power Clean, High Hang Clean, Clean, Front Squat x 2 for 3 sets
Highest Volume Kettlebell Clean and Press Ladders
Snatch Pull 3 sets of 5 reps
Friday
Work on Getting into full squat snatch and clean. Easy Strength type of sets and reps (no more than 10 work reps)
Lowest Volume Kettlebell Clean and Press Ladders (2 rung on each ladder less than Wednesday)
Sunday
1 Power Clean, 1 Clean x 5 sets
Snatch High Pulls (Panda Pulls) 5 sets. Go from 1 to 2 to 3 reps, then add weight and go back to 1.
Medium Volume C and P (1 less than Wednesday)
